A line of sandcastles built along the border between Russia and Lithuania. The construction of the castles lasted three hours. The border patrol police came and observed the action for a period of time. Our encounter went undocumented.

At the disused airport, thinking I was alone, I pretended to be an airplane. Half way down the runway a man emerged from the woods. Embarrassed, I turned and ran back.
